Mistral AI leverages Digital Realty to expand its AI services across Europe

Digital Realty to host 10 MW Mistral AI compute cluster as Europe ramps up AI capacity.

Digital Realty has formed a strategic partnership with Mistral AI, to expand advanced compute capacity and support localized AI deployments. This infrastructure expansion enables Mistral AI to scale its AI services and provides its customers with localized, secure access to advanced AI solutions.

The deployment can help meet growing enterprise demand for AI-powered applications while contributing to a scalable AI compute infrastructure in Europe. By selecting Digital Realty’s Paris South campus, one of Europe’s largest digital hubs, Mistral AI gains access to a modular, AI-optimized data center environment, designed to support next-generation AI workloads, including high-density compute, including advanced cooling technologies.

Beyond computing capacity, the partnership also enables Mistral AI to benefit from Digital Realty’s highly interconnected platform, which brings together thousands of enterprises, digital service providers and technology partners within a single ecosystem. This proximity lets enterprises access AI services with low latency, high performance, and secure connectivity, accelerating the adoption of AI-driven innovation across industries.

For enterprise customers, the deployment is expected to provide high-performance, low-latency connectivity to Mistral AI services, making it easier to integrate advanced AI capabilities into their operations. More broadly, the collaboration underscores the role of carrier- and cloud-neutral, highly connected digital infrastructure in enabling the development and deployment of AI technologies at scale.

“We are proud to host Mistral AI’s infrastructure at our Paris South campus. Our data center platform enables AI innovators to scale quickly while enabling enterprises to access and deploy AI services within a secure and performant environment.” said Fabrice Coquio, SVP Digital Realty and Managing Director Digital Realty in France.
