Bull, a company focused on advanced computing and AI, has announced its collaboration with Hon Hai Technology Group (Foxconn). The development involves the production of major components in Europe under the Bull brand.
The partnership, first announced on 1 June 2026, aims to combine Bull’s expertise in AI system design and deployment with Foxconn’s manufacturing scale and supply chain capabilities. The collaboration is intended to produce AI infrastructure for AI factories and AI cloud providers, with production centred in Europe.
The initiative incorporates the NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 platform and involves the production of AI systems in Europe. It is also expected to support the development of additional technology architectures over time.
Manufacturing is planned to begin at Foxconn’s facilities in the Czech Republic, where systems will undergo initial testing. Assembly, integration, and final validation are expected to take place at Bull’s factory in Angers, France. The resulting AI servers and data centre systems are designed for high-performance AI workloads and are aimed at neo-cloud providers, cloud service providers, and AI factory deployments in Europe and other regions.
In addition to hardware production, Bull provides an AI software layer that includes AI use cases and data science capabilities. This is intended to support system deployment, security, and optimisation across AI infrastructure operations.
Overall, the collaboration between Bull and Foxconn is focused on developing an AI supply chain in Europe, with the stated aim of improving delivery timelines and scaling infrastructure for high-demand AI workloads.
