Expanding horizons: Salute enhances its liquid operations in EMEA

Salute has launched its Direct-to-Chip Liquid Operations Service in EMEA for AI and high-performance computing data centres.

Salute has extended its Direct-to-Chip (DTC) Liquid Operations Service for AI and HPC data centres into the EMEA region. The launch was announced at the Datacloud Global Congress in Cannes and marks the service’s expansion into the region.

The service is positioned as an operational offering for data centre operators supporting AI “factory” training and inference deployments. It is designed to support safety, reliability, efficiency, and operational control in managing liquid cooling at scale. The EMEA expansion reflects the company’s broader deployment of its approach to AI-focused infrastructure.

Salute also offers Investor Services in EMEA to support AI infrastructure development. These services include technical due diligence, design and build engineering, and project management, with the aim of supporting investment and development decisions for AI-ready facilities.

The DTC Liquid Cooling Service includes operational and deployment components such as:

  • Rapid personnel deployment to support AI factory requirements
  • A customised operational model aligned to specific facility designs
  • Operational procedures (EOPs, MOPs, SOPs) covering areas including chemistry management, safety protocols, and risk mitigation
  • Commissioning support for system performance optimisation
  • A training programme supported by a maintained knowledge base

The EMEA rollout includes operations in the Nordics and Central Europe, including projects in Norway, Sweden, and Germany.

Through its combination of investment advisory, engineering services, and operational models, Salute supports customers across the AI data centre lifecycle, from investment and design through to commissioning and live operations, with the aim of enabling deployment and scaling of AI data centre capacity.
