Oracle has expanded its collaboration with Google Cloud to support additional AI capabilities for enterprises using their data. The update includes the Oracle AI Database Agent for Gemini Enterprise, which enables natural language interaction with Oracle data.

The partnership allows customers to query enterprise data using AI-based tools, aiming to simplify interaction with structured datasets. The Oracle AI Database Agent is available on the Google Cloud Marketplace and provides context-aware responses when users query Oracle databases using natural language.

Users can explore business questions such as regional revenue analysis and receive automated responses without requiring SQL queries. Developers can also integrate Oracle data into AI workflows through Google’s Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform to support tasks such as data extraction and analysis.

Organisations including AI Shift in Japan use Oracle’s Autonomous AI Database to develop automation tools for business processes. The system supports interaction with enterprise data using natural language, alongside traditional methods.

Global enterprises such as Worldline use Oracle AI Database@Google Cloud for payment processing workloads. Worldline uses Oracle Exadata Database Service to support real-time transaction processing with requirements for low latency and security.

Oracle provides additional capabilities including OCI GoldenGate, which supports database migration to Oracle AI Database@Google Cloud and enables real-time data movement for high-availability use cases. The service also integrates with Google BigQuery for near real-time analytics.

The Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse integrates with Google BigQuery, allowing access to open-format data and supporting analysis across Oracle and Google Cloud environments.

Oracle AI Database@Google Cloud is available in multiple regions, including Tokyo, Milan, and Sydney, with additional regions planned to meet demand for cloud deployment and migration.
