NiCE recently announced an extended collaboration with RingCentral Inc., marking a multi-year agreement to market and sell the RingCentral Contact Center™. This global solution is powered by NiCE CXone Mpower, offering advanced enterprise-grade customer engagement capabilities.

This renewed partnership builds upon a relationship cultivated since 2015, aiming to enhance efforts in marketing, sales, onboarding, and post-sales support. By focusing on AI-powered customer experiences, this agreement promises transformational benefits for businesses.
