Keysource Group acquires data centre solutions provider 2bm Limited

Keysource, a global specialist leader in sustainable data centre solutions and strategic advisory services, has acquired 2bm Limited, a specialist data centre and critical environment company with headquarters in Nottingham, UK.

With over 20 years of experience, 2bm has established itself as a trusted expert in the industry, offering cutting-edge solutions tailored to the unique needs of its clients.

The acquisition of 2bm broadens Keysource Group's service offering and strengthens its position in the continually growing data centre and critical environment market.

2bm's expertise in complex design and build projects complements Keysource's existing fully comprehensive range of services to design, build, operate and maintain data centres and mission-critical infrastructure.

2bm will continue to operate under its existing brand name as part of the Keysource Group with Mark King, Managing Director of 2bm, remaining in his current role and leading the company's continued growth.

Mark brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team, further strengthening Keysource's position in the market.

Stephen Whatling, Group CEO of Keysource, said:

“We are delighted to welcome 2bm to the Keysource Group. Their specialist skills and experience in data centres and critical environments are a perfect fit for our business, and we see significant opportunities for collaboration. With minimal customer overlap, the combined group will be well-positioned to target larger and more complex projects."

Mark King, Managing Director of 2bm, said:

"We are excited to join forces with Keysource, which will allow us to leverage their national and global presence and greater resources to expand our reach and capabilities. We see this as a hugely positive step for both our employees and our customers."
