Ruckus Wireless appoints EMEA VP

Ruckus Wireless, Inc. says that Nick Watson has joined the company as vice president to lead marketing, sales and operations in EMEA. Watson will report to Chief Commercial Officer Ian Whiting.

“Nick joins us at an exciting time in the growth of Ruckus,” said Whiting. “He is a pragmatic, tenacious, strategic field sales leader who has built numerous vertical and geographic multi-country teams while delivering exceptional customer experiences. His experience and leadership will be an invaluable addition to our team.”
 
Watson joins Ruckus from HP Networking, where he was vice president, EMEA. Previously, he spent 15 years at Cisco, where he held various sales and sales leadership roles, including responsibility for EMEA’s top global accounts, as well as public sector, mid-market, marketing, SMB and channel and service provider channel leadership. Watson has also held various sales and sales leadership roles at Motorola and Timeplex. He has a degree in mechanical engineering product design from Kingston University UK.
