Güntner Group launches dedicated Güntner Data Center Solutions division

Güntner Group, a leader in heat exchange technology, has launched its dedicated Güntner Data Center Solutions division.

Güntner Data Center Solutions brings together Güntner and JAEGGI’s teams, technologies, and over thirty years of proven thermal engineering expertise into one unified customer experience.

The division will integrate the product portfolios of cooling technologies across dry coolers, adiabatic and hybrid solutions for data centers and will be led by Yan Evans, Managing Director of Güntner Data Center Solutions.

Trusted by hyperscalers for high-performance cooling, Güntner and JAEGGI technologies are already deployed in data centers across Europe, North America, South America and Asia. With 35 years of cooling experience, more than 1,600 Güntner and JAEGGI units are already used in data centers across the globe, accounting for over 4.5 gigawatts of cooling capacity.

The launch comes as data center operators face increasing pressure to scale capacity for AI, cloud and digital services while also addressing energy efficiency, water consumption and long-term sustainability requirements. Driven by accelerating demand for digital infrastructure and high-performance computing the global data center market is expected to double in size to $600-$700 billion by 2030. Güntner Data Center Solutions will ensure that customers are provided with tailored cooling solutions to infrastructure, operating conditions and project needs, with end-to-end project management and service support.

“We’ve launched this dedicated division to better support one of the world’s fastest growing and most critical infrastructure sectors, a sector where we already have a strong and established presence,” says Yan Evans, Managing Director of Güntner Data Center Solutions.

“As data center operators face increasingly complex demands around performance, efficiency and sustainability, they need more than a standardised approach to cooling. They need a partner that can support them from initial design through to delivery and beyond. We work closely with consultants and operators to define the right solution at the outset, and we have the project management, manufacturing capacity and technical teams to deliver it successfully anywhere in the world.”

He adds: “By building on the trust we’ve already earned with leading hyperscalers around the world, we can act as a true strategic partner. We’re excited about the next stage of the growth of the business and the opportunities in this growing sector.”
