UST, a technology transformation solutions company, has acquired Intecrowd LLC, a Workday Partner known for its focus on strategic deployments and comprehensive lifecycle support. The acquisition is intended to expand UST’s global reach and broaden its portfolio within the Workday ecosystem, and to support its delivery of AI-powered solutions.

The acquisition aligns with UST’s broader strategy to enhance its enterprise application offerings. By integrating Intecrowd, UST expands its Workday services for Global 2000 companies. The combination of UST’s global scale and Intecrowd’s Workday expertise is expected to support faster deployments, ongoing optimisation, and improved client outcomes.

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Lake Worth, Florida, Intecrowd has a team of over 250 people across the US, India, and other countries. It focuses on Workday services and reports high client retention rates.

Intecrowd’s offerings include a range of Workday services covering Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Management, and Workday Extend. It is among the early partners authorised to build applications using Workday Extend. Its recognition includes Workday Hackathon wins and a Responsible AI Badge for its AI Translation Generator app.

The company also develops proprietary Workday applications designed to reduce implementation time and costs, and uses analytics to support customer outcomes. Through the acquisition, UST intends to integrate these capabilities into its global operations model to support scalable growth, service delivery efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Following the acquisition, the combined organisation is expected to combine UST’s AI capabilities with Intecrowd’s Workday expertise, and to support increased AI adoption and business outcomes across HR and finance domains.
