Westcon-Comstor, a technology distributor specialising in cybersecurity, networking, and hybrid cloud solutions, has entered into a Europe-wide distribution agreement with UiPath. The partnership expands their collaboration and establishes Westcon-Comstor as a strategic distributor for UiPath across Europe.

The agreement is focused on supporting AI-powered automation implementations and aims to provide channel partners with resources to develop sales pipelines, pursue larger opportunities, and reduce time to revenue.

Channel partners will have access to white-labelled UiPath professional services from Westcon-Comstor to support the establishment or expansion of UiPath offerings. Pre-sales support and go-to-market guidance will also be provided through Westcon-Comstor’s Intelligent Demand (iD) sales programme, which uses an analytical approach to lead qualification.

Westcon-Comstor’s Flex financing initiative is designed to support partners by offering alternative financing options to address budget constraints and accelerate deal execution. The approach is intended to align investment with realised value and reduce barriers to initiating and scaling automation projects.

The expanded agreement builds on Westcon-Comstor’s existing distribution arrangements with UiPath in the UK, France, Spain, Portugal, and Germany. The broader distribution model combines UiPath’s automation platform capabilities with Westcon-Comstor’s channel network and service-based distribution approach. By consolidating routes to market across Europe, the aim is to provide a consistent enablement framework and support recurring revenue opportunities through multi-year engagements.

The market is shifting from isolated automation initiatives toward broader enterprise automation programmes that include testing, operations, AI-enabled workflows, and digital transformation projects. With aligned distribution and scaling capabilities, the partnership is positioned to support partners delivering automation solutions to customers across Europe.
