Calero, a Technology Business Management (TBM) solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Hyoun Park as Vice President of Telecom & Mobility Management. Reporting directly to Eric Martorano, Calero's President & CRO, Park brings extensive industry experience to help support TBM and strengthen the company's mission of delivering strong outcomes and services.

Scott Gilbert, the CEO of Calero, noted Park’s role in supporting customer initiatives and business outcomes. Park’s appointment helps reflect Calero’s focus on aligning with evolving market trends.

Historically, telecom and mobility management primarily focused on operational needs such as invoices and audits. However, the modern landscape presents a complex environment characterised by the expanding mobile ecosystems and rapid AI adoption.

Calero is focusing on evolving telecom and mobility management into a more strategic function. Park’s role will support enterprises in optimising technology investments and improving productivity.

Eric Martorano highlighted Calero's leadership in telecom and mobility management as part of its broader TBM vision. He emphasised that Park's arrival helps demonstrate the platform's strengths and aims to further the company's strategic ambition.

Hyoun Park, with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise IT and telecom operations, has held leadership roles at Amalgam Insights and worked at Aberdeen Group and Blue Hill Research, focusing on technology governance.

On his new role, Park expressed enthusiasm about Calero's vision and its approach to technology expense management. He noted that the challenge is converting technology investments into measurable productivity gains, an area Calero is focusing on through its methods and team.
