Celonis has announced a collaboration with Fujitsu focused on the use of process intelligence in business operations. This initiative places AI at the heart of operations, seeking to offer enhanced visibility and efficiency.

The Celonis Process Intelligence Platform has influenced how supply chains operations at FSAS Technologies, a Fujitsu subsidiary. By unifying systems, teams, and processes, it offers insights into inventory levels and provides AI-driven recommendations on purchasing protocols.

Developments:

  • 20% reduction in surplus inventory.
  • 50% decline in inventory orders within the first six months post-implementation.

This has resulted in cost savings for FSAS Technologies. Fujitsu, working with Celonis, plans to extend the use of process intelligence across additional business operations.

Celonis allows enterprises like Fujitsu to participate in AI-driven change. By providing context and ensuring integration with existing frameworks, Celonis illustrates one approach to integrating AI-driven process intelligence. Fujitsu complements this with its digital transformation experience to deliver solutions that enhance operations and foster value.

Fujitsu's Corporate Executive Officer, Kazushi Koga, highlighted the impact: “With Celonis, we’ve been able to cut costs by giving our teams the data and context needed to make faster, smarter decisions."

Moreover, Bastian Nominacher, Celonis’s co-CEO and co-founder, highlights the advantages of process intelligence, stating that, by grounding its AI in process intelligence, Fujitsu is able to continuously improve operations, supporting performance that is fast, reliable, and trustworthy.

The alliance between Celonis and Fujitsu demonstrates how integrated AI solutions can be applied to business operations.
