Kaseya, a renowned global leader in AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity solutions, has rolled out its much-anticipated fall 2025 innovations. These enhancements, numbering more than 90, aim to revolutionise customer outcomes through advanced automation, robust cybersecurity measures, and a seamless end-to-end experience.

Jim Lippie, Chief Product Officer at Kaseya, noted the updates are a result of direct feedback from their partners, focusing on enabling managed service providers (MSPs) to expand efficiently while curbing costs. “MSPs want to grow faster, expand margins, and protect customers from rising cyberthreats, without having to increase labour costs,” he said.

Complementing the recent strides announced at DattoCon, including products like the Siris 6 appliance, the acquisition of INKY, and Datto Backup for Entra ID, Kaseya has unveiled key improvements in their latest release, particularly in automation, cybersecurity, and customer experience.

Chris Collins of CBC Technovations shared his insights: “Their automations have allowed us to take on more clients without adding any additional headcount. Our technicians are more efficient, our margins are improved, and thanks to Kaseya’s security-first approach, our customers are better protected.”
