This merger establishes Aurora as one of the UK's largest independent providers of services centred on print, document workflow, telecoms, and IT.

Meanwhile, Paul Gillett reflected on the merger as a significant step forward. "The combination of Aurora’s scale and infrastructure with RDS’s technical expertise will create a major force," he proclaimed.
