CommScope, a global leader in network connectivity, has announced an exciting collaboration with DvSum to develop an enhanced technology solution, the ServAssure® NXT AI platform powered by DvSum. This new solution is designed to elevate network operations by integrating DvSum’s CADDI (Conversational Analytics for Data Driven Insights) with CommScope's existing ServAssure NXT network monitoring platform.

The fusion of DvSum’s self-service analytics with CommScope’s capabilities promises a sophisticated, AI-driven tool that offers advanced triage, proactive analytics, network optimization, and superior fault management. DvSum’s CADDI analytics seamlessly integrates with the diverse data repositories and sources within the ServAssure NXT platform. The platform collects and normalizes vital performance data about the network and its end subscribers. This valuable information is subsequently processed by CADDI, providing insights into customer experiences and overall network health.
