Gigamon and Exclusive Networks deepen strategic partnership

Gigamon and Exclusive Networks have expanded their existing distribution partnership, broadening channel coverage for Gigamon across EMEA, adding dedicated technical resources, and scaling go-to-market support. The broader partnership will enable more organisations to access the Gigamon Deep Observability Pipeline to better secure and manage their hybrid cloud infrastructure.

Exclusive Networks provides partners and customers with a wide range of services and product portfolios through proven routes to market. The closer alignment between Gigamon and Exclusive Networks, along with the expanded sales and services in Europe, will ensure that partners have deepened access to Gigamon and its technology alliance partner solutions, which help provide customers with deep observability into all network traffic to eliminate security blind spots, optimise network traffic, and reduce tool cost and complexity.

As organisations continue to migrate more workloads to the cloud, the resulting complexity of managing hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure creates significant security challenges due to limited visibility. In the Gigamon 2024 Hybrid Cloud Security Survey, one in three organisations reported they were unable to detect a breach in the last 12 months using existing security tools. Of those that detected a breach, just 25 percent were able to respond in real time, revealing critical vulnerabilities related to visibility and threat detection across hybrid cloud infrastructure.

Under terms of the agreement, dedicated local language resources and expertise, technical services and support, and invoicing and payment solutions from Exclusive Networks will help ensure that partners and their customers across EMEA receive customised security strategies and innovative solutions that meet their unique needs. This in turn enables faster and more secure digital transformation that complies with stringent regulations such as NIS2 and DORA.

Mark Coates, VP EMEA at Gigamon, said: “The scale of network data in increasingly complex hybrid cloud infrastructure continues to escalate, which in turn has made gaining comprehensive visibility into all data in motion a mission-critical requirement for security teams today. When you add stringent regulations and the increasing adoption of AI, organisations are looking for experts to elevate their cybersecurity strategies to stay ahead of the evolving threat landscape. With Exclusive Networks as our lead distributor in EMEA, we can empower the channel with our deep observability pipeline and the expertise to sell, service, and support our customers’ evolving requirements.”

Paul Eccleston, SVP EMEA at Exclusive Networks added: "We're thrilled to embark on this deepened partnership with Gigamon across EMEA. Our continued collaboration will drive mutual growth and accelerate sales in critical areas like cloud security and visibility. By leveraging the power of our combined solutions, ecosystems, and expertise, we're committed to delivering unparalleled value to Gigamon, our partners and our mutual customers. Our investment in services, invoicing and payment solutions, and new go-to-market strategies will ensure that we continue to lead the way in the industry together."
