The new platform will offer multinational corporations a truly global presence, including Europe, presenting significant advantages in advancing their digital transformation journeys. Clients can deploy their IT resources optimally, including a disaster recovery configuration in the Paris region and other European countries by leveraging global coverage of NTT’s cloud and integrated IT infrastructure.

With the advent of digital transformation in recent years, the use of hybrid cloud has become essential in driving global businesses. NTT provides cloud services focusing predominantly on private cloud, data centres and networks, and integrates these services together to form powerful ecosystems that are global in scale, whilst local to its clients’ target markets. By offering  fullstack solutions, including managed services and full lifecycle offerings, NTT’s integrated IT infrastructure can deliver optimal levels of IT performance from the edge of the cloud to the data center and clients’ employees.

Frederick Tak-Kit Ong, NTT Country Manager, France, Southern Europe, said, ‘Today’s launch of the cloud platform in France fulfils increasing demand for cloud services but the bigger value for clients is the complete global infrastructure proposition that NTT has to offer. We frequently work with our clients to optimize their workloads for performance and cost across hyperscale and NTT cloud offerings.  The launch of the new NTT platform in France provides them with new options for workload optimization across their IT estates. We deliver cloud workload optimization via our Solution Insight product, which supports visualization, automation and control of hybrid IT resources across disparate cloud environments”.

Masaaki Moribayashi, Senior Executive Vice President, ICT Infrastructure Services for NTT Ltd, commented, “NTT will further enhance its integrated IT infrastructure and partnerships to support our enterprise clients engaging in new business opportunities. Clients can scale their IT operations quickly around the world with NTT as their partner, leveraging NTT’s vast capabilities including network services covering over 190 countries and technology expertise backed by R&D investment of USD 3.6 billion annually.”

Clients that contract with NTT for their hybrid IT and hybrid cloud will reduce complexity while increasing IT standardization and security.General availability of NTT cloud offering is from October 24 and prospective clients are invited to join the French team in Paris to celebrate its launch.
