Computacenter, Europe’s preferred IT provider to enable users and their businesses, has joined the Sales and Services Partner Programme of ServiceNow – a leading provider of service management software solutions from the cloud.
Starting immediately, clients can access ServiceNow‘s entire software spectrum via Computacenter. In addition, as a services partner, the IT service provider offers consulting and integration services related to the cloud solutions. The partnership is unique in that it links ServiceNow’s IT service management solution with Computacenter’s award-winning Next Generation Service Desk (NGSD). This enables the IT service provider to offer both products together or integrate the other product into pre-existing ServiceNow or NGSD solutions.
Kevin James, UK Managing Director of Computacenter, said: “Many clients already use ServiceNow’s innovative IT service management solutions. That is why it was a logical step for us to enter into this partnership, especially because the solutions are the perfect addition to Computacenter’s NGSD and Digital Workplace offering.”
This partnership engagement also delivers many advantages for ServiceNow. Lewis Gee, Senior Director, Regional Partners EMEA, ServiceNow said: “Computacenter is one of the leading providers of user helpdesk services, something shown by the development of the NGSD.”
That, combined with its presence in major European hubs, service delivery around the world, and an extremely strong sales team benefits our mutual ServiceNow customers.”
Combined with Computacenter’s NGSD and Digital Workplace offering, this partner relationship is another building block for offering businesses the comprehensive services portfolio they need in an increasingly digitised world.
Michael Weiss, Director of Group Strategy and Marketing at Computacenter added: “IT and business decision makers are aware of the opportunities and challenges of increasing digitisation. Linking ServiceNow’s cloud-based process engine with our service portfolio for the Digital Workplace will accelerate enabling our customers, users and their businesses in a digital world. The partnership therefore benefits everyone involved.”
