Eurofiber chose CloudSense because of the rich functionality of the platform combined with the in-depth experience of its Services team. By implementing the CloudSense Platform at the same time as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Eurofiber anticipates faster sales cycles, improved reporting and customer self-serve capability.
Eurofiber will expand its current usage of the Salesforce platform and extend this with the Cloudsense CPQ functionality. The organisation adopts the CloudSense Platform’s Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and eSignature capabilities to implement their redesigned product portfolio and streamline and accelerate sales, including via a customer self-service portal. The platform will enable sales teams to quickly respond to customers with accurate and viable quotes despite the growing complexity of the product bundle. Eurofiber will also be using CloudSense customer order management to enhance the post-sale customer journey.
Eurofiber sells managed dark fibre, ethernet and IP services to enterprises and public sector customers with its digital infrastructure in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. “Eurofiber’s vision is of an open network with infrastructure and ICT services being offered separately, allowing everyone the freedom to choose their services, applications and providers as their own needs evolve.  It is our ambition to structurally differentiate ourselves in the market by delivering an excellent customer experience.
To advance in this area, we will modernise our systems and provide our organization with tools fit for this purpose. The CloudSense Platform provides Eurofiber with a powerful commerce capability, native to Salesforce, for all of our customers and products,” says Jeanine van der Vlist, Commercial Director, Eurofiber.
“Eurofiber is typical of the type of forward-looking, expanding company that recognises the limitations of its legacy systems and is seeking the agility that Salesforce and the CloudSense Platform provides. With our expert consultants also delivering both the Salesforce and CloudSense platforms Eurofiber benefit from a comprehensive service that is unique in the market,” says Richard Britton, CEO, CloudSense.
