Appian's flexible cloud-hosting capabilities will empower Triad's programmers and creative teams to design retail media programs that impact how leading brands engage, inform, and inspire shoppers throughout their path to purchase.
"Accelerating time to delivery for development and execution of digital media assets is critical for our retail customers to ensure successful online marketing campaigns," said John Kuemmel, Chief Technology Officer for Triad Retail Media. "Appian provides an IT solution to keep up with our fast-moving business requirements and easily adapts to change and requests."
Appian's process automation and dynamic case management identifies bottlenecks and removes manual data collection from the company's existing operations for digital media collateral creation. Triad will also use Appian's user-friendly social interface as an enhanced employee-facing point of engagement for managing all aspects of online digital marketing. Through automation, enhanced program visibility and social collaboration, Appian will facilitate every step of the retailer campaign lifecycle, from assignment and customer history, to collateral design, review and approval.
