Smart421 to offer AWS Premium Support to its AWS customers

AWS Premier Consulting Partner continues to invest in support at the highest level possible.

Smart421 has invested in Enterprise-level Premium Support from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Smart421 customers will benefit from AWS support, which is available anywhere in the world, when engaging Smart421’s independently audited service management capability. Smart421 continues to attract large contracts from UK Enterprise customers running digital transformation projects involving cloud-based architectures and applications. It builds on the growth of their cloud services business announced earlier this year.

AWS Premium support enables Smart421 to provide exceptionally competitive service level agreements that include first-contact response times as rapid as 15 minutes – which is essential for the business critical applications that Smart421 is deploying and managing on the AWS cloud. Enterprise-level customers can expect support any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

Graham Masterson, General Manager at Smart421, said, “We’re taking advantage of the economies of scale of AWS environments that we’re managing for customers. This has given us the opportunity to further enhance our service management offering. We have taken this investment decision in order that all Smart421 customers using AWS Cloud can take advantage of AWS Premium Support. It means that our customers with an existing support agreement on their AWS instances will be offered a pathway to benefit immediately from our managed services underpinned by AWS Enterprise-level support. Customers starting their first engagement with Smart421 will be able to take advantage of these benefits from day one of their new support agreement.”
