Eaton-Williams becomes part of Nortek Global HVAC

Eaton-Williams Group Limited is now part of Nortek Global HVAC in Europe with immediate effect.

The alignment with Nortek Global HVAC provides a stronger platform for Eaton-Williams to be a greater player in the market. There are considerable synergies between the other businesses in Nortek Global HVAC Europe operationally, and in the markets they all serve.

“We can leverage our combined strengths to deliver a more focused approach to delivering air handling solutions in our key markets. Our mission is to continue creating innovative products that are competitively priced, whilst delivering great customer service,” adds Sams.

Founded in 1936 Eaton-Williams has designed and manufactured HVAC solutions on a worldwide basis. The company’s patented and proprietary products can be found in a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, education, healthcare and pioneered free cooling in data centres.

The company will be celebrating its 80th year in the HVAC industry in 2016. Eaton-Williams is a well-known and trusted name with established and recognisable brands – Edenaire, ServerCool, EWS, Moducel and Vapac.

The company has expanded its geographic footprint to include international locations such as North America, China, the Middle East, Australia and India. Its products have been used in ground breaking projects around the world including the Hadron Collider, NASA, as well as the world’s first carbon neutral data centre in Iceland for Verne Global.
