In a separate announcement today, Zscaler also announced the Fall 2014 release of its Internet security and compliance platform with breakthrough new capabilities for Advanced Persistent Threat protection, guest Wi-Fi security, global administration, policy management and reporting and instant assessment of security risks.
No single security technology or vendor can fully protect everyone against all of today’s rapidly evolving threats. Zscaler’s Technology Partner Program brings together an ecosystem of complementary solutions to help organizations implement the best security infrastructure with the lowest TCO.

Zscaler’s cloud-based security platform and robust APIs integrate with partner technologies and scale out far more easily than on-premise appliances. Additionally, these integrations enable organisations to deploy Zscaler extremely quickly—witness a recent global deployment spanning more than 60,000 employees that was accomplished in an afternoon.

“Today’s enterprises have complex IT environments with a wide variety of hardware and software products from multiple vendors. The task of stitching various products together often falls on the IT organisation, increasing operational costs and exposing the organisation to additional security risks,” said Punit Minocha, vice president, business development for Zscaler. “The Zscaler Technology Partner Program makes it easy to integrate our award-winning Internet security platform with best in class complementary technologies and solutions. By working together, we deliver better, easier to manage security that safeguards the enterprise more effectively than any appliance-based security solution.”

Zscaler has partnered with leading organisations in complementary technology areas, including:

New partners include Ipanema Technologies and Viptela.
· Identity access management – Zscaler has expanded its relationships with authentication partners to provide seamless authentication for users who access corporate applications and data, no matter where they are located or what device they use. New partners include CA Technologies, Centrify, SafeNet and Microsoft.
· Big data analytics – New partnerships with security risk management solution providers give customers broader visibility into network security information for more complete risk analysis, compliance reporting and policy and device management. New partners include LogRhythm, RSA and Symantec.
