Complete I.T. chooses ChannelCloud

Complete I.T., one of the leading providers of IT support to SMB’s, has announced a partnership with ChannelCloud to help deliver an all-inclusive Cloud solution to their clients. Having conducted extensive research into the various providers in the marketplace, Complete I.T. concluded that ChannelCloud was best placed to meet its needs and the needs of its SMB client base.

Managing Director of Complete I.T., Colin Blumenthal comments: “We chose ChannelCloud as they had a ready-to-go to market, highly resilient, powerful and feature rich Cloud Platform that was designed specifically to sell through the Channel. We did not want to re-invent the wheel and we wanted to focus our resources on the provision and growth of our core IT Support services and activities. The ChannelCloud solution provides us with a ready to use complete range of Cloud technologies and tools including a comprehensive quoting tool and professional Contracts."

ChannelCloud offers a turn-key, Citrix based, Cloud solution which enables channel members to quickly go to market, with a complete Cloud offering, in their own name with self-defined margins. Our partner program offers all the guidance, tools and training required to transition from the traditional Break/Fix and Managed Services delivery models to the Cloud Service Provider delivery model.

Colin Blumenthal concludes: “We’re looking forward to taking the ChannelCloud solution to both our prospective and existing clients who are looking to take advantage of the benefits that the Cloud can offer them”

Complete I.T. is at the forefront of providing SMBs with IT services to help run their businesses efficiently. They offer packaged Cloud Computing appraisals, helping clients assess their needs and advising on how Cloud Computing could work to improve their current business set up.
Paul Byrne, CEO ChannelCloud UK/Ireland commented: “ChannelCloud enables IT Service providers to deploy comprehensive Cloud solutions (to include Hosted Desktops and Unified Communications) for their respective clients. We are very proud to have Complete I.T. associated with our partner program and the national coverage which it brings with it. They are a very enthusiastic and dedicated team and we are excited about what the rolling out of our platform will mean for them and their clients alike.

“In addition, ChannelCloud are very pleased to learn that Complete I.T. is to accredit itself to the Cloud Industry Forum’s Code of Practice (CoP). ChannelCloud is itself both a Founding Member of the Cloud Industry Forum as well as being certified to its Code of Practice. We strongly encourage our partners to follow suit as we firmly believe that in a marketplace which is becoming increasingly crowded, a certification such as the CIF CoP can help Complete I.T. really differentiate.”

Alex Hilton, the Cloud Industry Forum’s CEO, added: “We are very much encouraged to hear that Complete I.T. is pursuing certification against the Cloud Industry Forum’s Code of Practice. The Code is ultimately about ensuring end user trust, and it’s important that this trust exists not just at the start of the cloud supply chain, but at every touch point. In doing so, the industry can create a sustainable and transparent marketplace for the users of cloud services.”
