Brand-Rex appoints Andrew Black

Brand-Rex has appointed Andrew Black, an IT and telecoms industry veteran with 29 years of experience, to the position of technical marketing manager.

Based at the Brand-Rex Glenrothes headquarters in Scotland - Andrew leads the product marketing team and is responsible for all aspects of product management and business development.

 

Andrew joins Brand-Rex after a three-year period as Data Centre Market Manager with electrical and optical connectivity specialist Huber+Suhner.

 

Commenting on his new position, Andrew said that he will be working closely with clients to develop new products of the highest level of technical compliance, delivering market leading data networking solutions.

 

"IP networking systems are evolving rapidly. Increasingly, clients require bespoke products and services. As an established and trusted UK based manufacturing company Brand-Rex has the in-house expertise needed to deliver innovative solutions that meet or exceed future network architecture needs in all its key markets"

Andrew's appointment will help to ensure that we continue to evolve our solutions to meet the needs of our customers in core and developing vertical markets and those emerging markets and territories in which we strive to increase our participation"

 

Andrew is a Member of the Institute of Marketing (MCIM) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (AMIMechE).
