RES Software announces VP of Business Development

Workspace virtualisation leader RES Software has announced Rex White has been appointed to Vice President of Business Development. Rex will focus on significantly strengthening and expanding RES Software’s relationships with top tier alliance and technology partners, as well as relationships with key system integrators and strategic outsourcers, as the company enjoys increasing adoption of its technology among these large enterprise customers.

In his most recent position, Rex served as the VP of Business Development for Matrix42 where he was responsible for global alliances, channel development and OEM opportunities, as well as for establishing and developing the company’s comprehensive alliance, OEM and channel strategy for its global business units. He has also held business and sales development and consulting positions at Altiris (Symantec), PDF Complete, Dorado Software, and many leading technology clients through his Alliance and Channel Consulting practice, making him a seasoned professional, well suited for his new position at RES Software.

Spurred by growth, RES Software is greatly increasing the size of its employee base. With global responsibility, Rex will be a powerful new member of the company’s roster of employees with deep experience in the industry.
