Actis and GS Group to construct $315m data centre in Seoul

Actis, a leading investor of private capital into global growth markets, will take a 75% stake in a new joint venture with GS E&C, the construction arm of GS Group, one of Korea’s largest conglomerates, The partners will build and operate a 21MW internet data centre (IDC) in Greater Seoul with a development cost of $315 million.

Green Mountain expands its mountain hall data centre in Norway

The Norwegian colocation provider, Green Mountain, recently opened their latest expansion at their DC1-Stavanger data center. Green Mountain designed, constructed, and delivered to client a 2.5 MW data hall inside one of the mountain halls in less than 9 months. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, the project was delivered on time, on budget and on quality to a large international cloud provider.
