DTCP invests across Ireland and the Nordics

Zahl Limbuwala, Operating Partner at DTCP and Chairman of GreenScale, provides a comprehensive update as to the company’s recent investments in Atlantic Hub, a data centre campus developer based in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and GreenScale , a large-scale sustainable data centre platform engineered to meet the needs of hyperscale, AI, and Cloud customers with a focus on sustainability and rapid deployment. Atlantic Hub is set to launch the development of a large multibuilding data centre campus in Derry-Londonderry, while GreenScale launches with 170MW of secured capacity, spanning two strategic sites in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland (via Atlantic Hub) and has plans to develop an additional 300MW in the Nordics.
