mhance, a Microsoft Solutions Partner, has appointed Andy Cowdrill as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The appointment follows the company’s acquisition by London-based SilverTree Equity in 2025 and comes as mhance continues to develop its capabilities in areas including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Data & AI.
Cowdrill will be responsible for commercial growth, including expansion into new markets and development of existing verticals, through both organic activity and mergers and acquisitions. His role will also include a focus on mhance’s position as a Microsoft-focused partner, with an emphasis on AI-enabled and data-driven solutions.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in UK enterprise technology, including 15 years working within the Microsoft ecosystem. His background includes leadership roles in sales and digital transformation at companies such as Ciber and Pythagoras. At mhance, he will oversee a unified structure covering Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Sales Development.
The company’s plans include strengthening relationships with existing customers and developing a scalable go-to-market strategy. mhance also intends to expand its presence in selected sectors by using Microsoft technologies across cloud, data, and AI to deliver integrated services.
Further investment is expected across both vertical and horizontal capabilities. This includes continued focus on the not-for-profit sector, alongside expansion into areas such as distribution and construction, supported by Microsoft-aligned solutions and accelerators.
