Salute names Dale Harding as Managing Director for strategic growth

Dale Harding has joined Salute to lead strategic expansion in data centre lifecycle services, as the company continues to develop its capabilities amid growing demand driven by AI.

Salute, a company providing global lifecycle data centre services, has appointed Dale Harding as Managing Director for Capital Projects and Professional Services. In this role, he will focus on customer partnerships, global collaboration, and developing solutions aligned with the company’s growth plans.

Dale Harding has more than three decades of experience in fit-out, contracting, and new build environments. At Make One Group, where he spent the past five years as Pre-Construction Director, he contributed to the company’s growth strategy through commercial management and risk assessment. His previous roles include Commercial Director at BW: Workplace Experts, and Managing Director positions at both Od (Interiors) and Mitie (Interiors).

Salute provides lifecycle services to data centre operators across multiple regions and operates across a broad range of data centre service areas.

The appointment comes during a period of growth for the company, influenced in part by increased demand for AI infrastructure and sustainable services, particularly in the EMEA region. Recent acquisitions over the past 18 months have expanded the company’s capabilities, and Harding is expected to communicate this integrated offering to clients globally.

Erich Sanchack, CEO of Salute, has stated that Harding’s experience will support the company’s work in delivering end-to-end data centre lifecycle services. He also noted that Harding’s approach to customer relationships will be relevant to the company’s continued delivery of services across global markets.
