CloserStill Media reveals Data Center Americas 2027

CloserStill Media announces Data Center Americas, set for March 2027 in Washington, D.C., expanding their global events into the U.S. market.

CloserStill Media has announced the launch of Data Center Americas, a new event focused on the data center and digital infrastructure community in the United States. This edition is scheduled to take place from March 31 to April 1, 2027, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C..

The event expands CloserStill Media’s existing Data Centre World portfolio, which includes events in cities such as London, Frankfurt, Paris, Madrid, and Singapore. These events collectively attracted more than 33,000 attendees and over 1,200 sponsors in 2025. The U.S. edition is expected to include hundreds of sponsors and more than 3,000 attendees.

The launch follows a preview held at Data Centre World London, where a number of companies indicated early support.

Washington, D.C. was selected as the host location due to its proximity to Northern Virginia’s “Data Center Alley,” a major hub for data center activity. The U.S. data center market is projected to exceed $600 billion in capital expenditure by 2026, with growth linked in part to demand for AI-related infrastructure.

The event forms part of CloserStill Media’s broader expansion in North America, alongside its involvement with Ai4 and Billington CyberSecurity Summit.
