The Wilmott Group, one of the UK’s leading critical power specialists, today announced the successful completion of its acquisition by Rehlko (formerly Kohler Energy), marking the beginning of a transformative new chapter in the company’s 40-year history.
The acquisition sees The Wilmott Group, including WB Power Services (WBPS) and Wiltech Acoustics become an official part of Rehlko’s EMEA operations. With the deal now finalised, the Group gains immediate access to Rehlko’s global engineering capabilities, manufacturing resources, and international footprint, significantly enhancing capacity to deliver unified, end-to-end critical power infrastructure across the UK and Europe.
