RLB appoints Nikki Venetsanakis as Head of Advanced Tech for UK and Europe

Construction and property management consultant, Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) has appointed Nikki Venetsanakis as Head of Advanced Tech for RLB UK and Europe, effective from 1 December 2024.

RLB has experienced substantial growth in the Advanced Tech sector, expanding into new EMEA markets, broadening our service offerings, and significantly increasing our team. As a recognised leader in the industry, the appointment of Nikki further strengthens our commitment to enhancing our capabilities and prioritising client growth within this key sector.

Joining RLB in 2021, Nikki brings almost 20 years of experience to the role in both local and international markets. She has extensive expertise in commercial and mixed-use developments as well as data centres and has honed her skills in overseeing engineering scope, schedule, and budget throughout entire project lifecycles. Recently, her focus has been on managing data centre pre-construction management for global hyperscale and seen her successfully oversee greenfield, brownfield, and retrofit engineering and design projects, from inception through to final handover.

“Nikki has an outstanding track record within the Advanced Tech sector”, comments Andrew Fettes-Brown, Global Board and Service Transformation Director. “Given the rapid growth of this area of the built environment, the appointment recognises both the breadth and potential of this sector. Her leadership, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments will be invaluable to our clients and project teams.”

Nikki continues, “It’s exciting times for RLB and the Advanced Tech sector as a whole. With the continued expansion of data centres opportunities and the larger advanced tech market, opportunities are growing for investors, developers and operators. Working with consultants with deep knowledge in the sector, can add value and independent insights that complement their in-house teams and I look forward to leading the offering for RLB.”
