Schneider Electric's Natalya Makarochkina, Senior Vice President, Secure Power Division, International Operations, has won the SILVER STEVIE® Award for Female Executive of the Year in the Business Services category in the 20th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business.

Natalya's tenure with Schneider Electric spans over eight years, during which she previously led the IT Businesses across the CIS Zone. Her strategic vision and implementation of an anti-crisis growth strategy, coupled with a corresponding organisational setup, have been instrumental in driving the company's success.
